I have a doctor's appointment this morning at 10:30 so I'm not going into work till afterwards. So I thought hey, maybe I'll sleep in a little. But no, because the dog can't let me. First of all, I last took him out at 2 in the morning because he woke me up barking then. Then, he started pestering around 6:30 in my face again. But not to go out. He just kept crying and pawing at the bed. Usually, this means he wants to get under the covers, so I kept picking up the covers and telling him to get up on the bed, but he wouldn't. Guess when he finally got up? When I got out of bed. Apparently all he wanted was my spot. So no sleeping in for me and the dog is a little bastard!Also, morning t.v. sucks. I was watching Today but I had to change it because they started covering a story about some family who made their 4 year old adopted daughter drink so much water that her brain swelled, she went into a coma and died. As if that isn't ridiculous or awful sounding enough, then they of course need to have the parents and their lawyer on along with a prosecuter in the case. No thanks. So I changed to Good Morning America. Now I'm watching demonstrations of how flight attendants and pilots can be properly trained so that the pilot knows how to use a gun so it can't be taken away by a terrorist, so that flight attendants know how to disarm people using martial arts, etc. It's so insane. I can't believe there is going to be a rule that pilots have to have guns on planes. Well, I guess they're not necessarily but the bill is heading to the White House according to this show, and I think we know what Bush the genius is going to do. Ugh. 7:50:27 AM
