On The Daily Show on Comedy Central they asked a classroom of little kids what they were thankful for on Thanksgiving. They named "the poodle that I sleep with", "my underwear" and "food". It was pretty funny. Then the guy asked the kids if they knew what percentage of Americans were obese. Of course they didn't know, but then the guy said, "40%!" and they were all like "Yeah!" like they knew what that meant and were all excited about it.

This is so funny. Apparently this marriage will be totally different from J. Lo's last two marriages.

So today at work I caught up on all the outstanding accounting issues I had to resolve. I handed in all the expense reports for all the catering orders that were outstanding with my name on them... there were a lot. It's been such a hassle tracking them down, I'm so glad they're all done. The caterer was about to cut off service!

So Rob came to meet me for lunch downtown today and that didn't go too well. He is freaked out about finding a job and is not having a good day. I think the glass is half full but he thinks it's half empty... or like the line from an Indigo Girls song (sorry to anyone who hates Indigo Girls... Joy Roberson!): Is the glass half full or empty I ask her as I fill it / she says it doesn't really matter pretty soon you're bound to spill it. Anyway, I think things will work out but he can't help but be very nervous and worried about it right now. So I'll just concentrate on trying not to strangle him. Too bad he doesn't drink so he can drown his problems in alcohol, which is the healthy thing to do. Ha ha.  6:31:26 PM
