Welcome to my page... where I'm always right and no one can argue with me.

We're in the car now. Billy is happily sleeping in the back. He loves riding in the car so much. When we got up this morning before we even took him out to do his business we told him he was going on a car trip and he knows the word "car" so he was very excited. So much so that he barely wanted to walk and I had to drag him around the corner and convince him to go potty. Then he was so worked up that he kept crying and running around the apartment until we took him out and put him in the car. I'm not sure what's so exciting. I guess just seeing lots of different stuff. All he ever does is fall asleep anyway. But he'll be very happy to see Heather.

We have XM radio in the car, which is pretty cool because you don't lose your stations. Of course sometimes it's still hard to find a good station. There was just that bad song on "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous" by some stupid group with a name like The Good Charlottes or something. There is a funny part where they make furn of OJ Simpson though. It goes something like: "...there's no such thing as 25 to life as long as you've got the cash to pay for Cochran..."

Well, I guess I better entertain Rob. I started out driving first but after like an hour and 15 mintues I was so tired I was going to fall asleep so we had to switch drivers. Sometimes I can drive a really long time no problem, but sometimes I really have a problem. Sorry Rob Reed.  11:37:49 AM  permalink

Well it's the middle of the night Saturday night/Sunday morning. As usual, we are disorganized and behind schedule. We are supposed to be going to Syracuse, now in the morning tomorrow, to stop by and see Rob's mom and brother and family for Christmas, and then bring Heather back with us. She was home for Christmas and now is coming to Boston for a few weeks until her break is over and she goes back to school. Anyway, we just are always up too late and can't get a good start on our day. Especially when we are lazy about planning. Like we had no official plan for when to leave or what to do when we get there, so now we're leaving at the last minute. Anyway, that's the story of our life. Ha ha.

I don't have the energy to report anything else. Basically I cleaned the house today and Rob went to work at his part-time consulting job for a few hours. Billy has been annoying all day, but that's nothing new. Oh, and we watched "Pluto Nash". Please don't make the same mistake.  2:44:42 AM  permalink

(This post is from Friday, 12/27):

This is pretty cool.  And it's even the midwest!

I got to see the cutest puppy at work today.  Sarah, who works on my floor brought in her cocker spaniel puppy for a little while at the end of the day. I don't know how to spell her name but it's the arabic word for "spoiled" so that's pretty funny.  She is 3 months old and so friendly and sweet.  She climbed right up onto my lap (or tried - I was in my chair and she wasn't tall enough) and then into Kathleen's lap too, and she was giving us kisses and just being so sweet.  Maybe Sarah would like to trade her for a full-grown dalmation boy with a bad attitude.  Probably not.  2:41:19 AM  permalink
