Where I'm always right and no one can argue with me.

daily link   Tuesday, March 11, 2003

So, I got my first email from someone I don't know who stumbled across my site. Heather has been getting an email here and there for a while probably because her site's title has "vet school" in it and a lot of people search for that term. Anyway, Scott wrote me because he came across my site when he was searching for Rocio Romero, who I posted about here. So Scott says I have a "wacky David Sedaris-like" life. Since David Sedaris is a popular commentator on NPR and also a popular author, I'll take it as a compliment.

Anyway, I have to go because I need to leave for work right now, but I didn't get a chance to post last night so I wanted to put something up.

Oh, also, here's one more thing - I just read in Entertainment Weekly that on her next Album Ani diFranco has a "ten-minute spoken-word opus". Now I like a lot of Ani's music, but she really needs to get over herself. I'm not buying a 10-minute speech from her. If I want to hear someone say crazy stuff for 10 minutes I'll just ride the T around for a while.
