Well, my pet issue about improper flag display was just reiterated today, thanks to the folks involved in "Trucks for Troops" in Boston. People driving around in assorted trucks, jeeps, suburbans, etc., with bedraggled flags dragging on the road behind them, twisted up in their antenna, etc. Way to go.

Now we're in Trident Booksellers because they have free internet access! Pretty cool. We just had breakfast for dinner. It's just past five so I guess it really was dinner. We decided we really like this place. We haven't eaten here before but they have a full service cafe in the bookstore, so it's nice. We'll have to come here more often.
We ran into Priscilla and her husband Dan on Newbury Street awhile ago. They had just seen The Core too, which we all agreed was nothing fantastic. Rob was afraid to complain about it too much because he didn't want to offend them if they liked it, but Rob really hated it. Not quite as much as he hated Head of State. Anyway, it was funny to run into them. Rob is making fun of me for typing this now so I guess I'm done.

We're in Starbucks and I'm so stupid I didn't know it was "spring ahead" this weekend and I couldn't figure out why the computer was an hour ahead of my watch. Wow, that's sad. We were going to go to the art museum today but now that it's an hour later than I thought it seems like it might be pushing it too much. It closes today at 4:45 and it would probably take us about an hour to get there. Geez, Jenn. We'll try to go this week after work.

Hey, I just found this site. At least it lists a ton of other realtors that work in the North End. We'd rather not use one at all, but if we have to at least we would have other choices besides those bastards at Greater Metropolitan Real Estate.

Saturday Night Live really sucks. At least this episode. Damn. Bernie Mac is not funny. I like his show but he sure as hell wasn't funny in Head of State, and he's not funny as a host on this show.
On another note, today we were reminded that we really love Boston, and also we decided that we hate Charlestown. Here is the problem with Charlestown. Everyone who lives here is either rich, or poor. The rich yuppies drive everywhere and live in their million dollar condos and certainly don't shop at the stupid local Johnnie's Foodmaster. And nobody cares what the poor people have to deal with. So in other words, the place sucks because the only people who care can't do anything about it. The T stop sucks and is all torn up and there's garbage everywhere. Every house and apartment building is either a million dollar condo or townhouse or else a falling down piece of crap like our place. Maybe Rob Reed can explain it better. Anyway, I'm just sick to death of living here. But we're stuck for at least a few more months. I guess we'll just make the best of it and keep looking for a better place. And yes, I'm still holding a grudge against these bastards.
Goodnight.
