Where I'm always right and no one can argue with me.

Yesterday I got lunch at McDonald's. There are several problems with this. The first being that I got lunch at McDonald's. The second being that they gave me the wrong lunch, but by the time I had finished wandering around South Station to find a place to sit down and eat, I was too worried about my fries I shouldn't be eating getting cold to go back and get the right sandwich. (I ordered a double cheeseburger and they gave me a McChicken.) Anyway, I eat fast food too much because it's cheap and we're broke. But sadly, today when I ordered my fast food lunch, the cashier took a card out of his pocket and handed it to me, saying, "Next time try our new salad. It's very good."

Now I realize that this must just be their strange way of advertising, but I had a moment of thinking, is he telling me I look like someone who needs to be eating less double cheeseburgers and more salads? Of course, he would be correct, but I would still be insulted. I found that the card was actually a coupon for $1 off so I guess my suspicion level is down another notch. Lastly, I decided I needed or deserved a milkshake instead of just a boring diet soda (the switch to diet soda is another matter for another time), so I got a vanilla shake. And the shake is the last problem. I don't believe it was the new special triple thick variety, which is upsetting.

On another note, look at this weird site.
