I hope Bubz and Keyrock appreciate all our work figuring out computer stuff for them!
By the way, Heather made it home OK.

We were just downtown. We were sitting in Starbucks for a while because we needed to get out of the house and we wanted someplace we could get online so Rob could spend some time trying to find out info for a computer for my brother Brian. Anyway, on our way back, Heather called us because she was out on her bike in Manhattan, KS (back in the sweet little apple) and lost and couldn't figure out where a street was to get home, so she wanted us to look up directions on the computer. Since we were out, we only had our little handheld to look them up... so it took forever and was frustrating for us plus Heather is sitting on the side of the road waiting in Kansas. So we hope she's on her way home now with the directions we finally got. We're waiting to hear.

Well, it's Sunday. Sorry I've been so bad about posting lately. I suck!
Everything is same old same old around here. I'm getting very tired of the summer. I decided that unless you're a kid who gets the summer off from school, there's nothing good about it at all. Every place I've ever lived it's always very hot and humid for most of the summer, and now being in Boston, the place gets flooded with tourists, which is miserable on weekends...and, well, there's just nothing good about it. I'm not overly fond of super bright and sunny days either. I like the fall, the spring when it's not too rainy, and even the winter, though it drags on forever around here. I don't like any temperature above 75, and humidity above 65% is unacceptable. So I'm dying for the fall weather right now. Thankfully, we have A/C in one room at least. Commuting to work is a mess because I have to walk to the train in the heat, then the train is crowded even if the A/C is working, the train station where I get out is super hot (why, oh why, can't someone learn to air condition the subway?) and then it's a 10-15 minute walk from the train to work. In the heat.
We've decided... well, maybe I've decided that no matter what, next year we need to move and it needs to be to someplace with central air. I know this sounds unreasonable in Boston but it must be done. Maybe we should move here. But it only says small dogs are allowed, so we need to put Billy on a serious diet and get him under 30 pounds. Ha ha. Just kidding, Billy.
