Where I'm always right and no one can argue with me.

Check out the editorial from the Boston Globe that the Words Mean Things guy links to here. How come a 63 year old guy from Georgia has his act together more than most of the people I meet on a daily basis? Not that there's anything wrong with being 63 or from Georgia, I'm just saying that both of these factors could potentially push someone toward the conservative vein of thought. Anyway, I'm really sick of this issue already. Not sick of hearing about it but sick of it existing as a problem. I think that people who feel like they have the right to boss people around about who they can and cannot marry need to go back to kindergarten and start from the beginning learning about American History and the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and all those sorts of things.

Anyway, the congressman writing the editorial makes some great points so check it out.

What is Jenn Knitting?

Right now, I am finishing a pink scarf for Heather, and a blue scarf for myself or other person yet to be determined. In the lineup to come I have many lovely yarns to use... merino wool, cotton, wool blends, silk. I have learned my first somewhat difficult trick, which is reducing stitches. I needed this to make a hat. Oh, and I knit the hat on a circular needle, which was a new thing to learn too.

Here is a reference for a ton of stitches with photos.
