Apple's Ken Bereskin is proving that weblogs are extremely effective at enabling communication with customers. 1,400 visits before 7 AM EST. Job's should have one too with audio and video clips.
UPDATE: Ken Dow pointed out that Steve Jobs does have a personal webpage that contains video and audio of homelife. Unfortunately, it is kind of lame. This not a term I would normally associate with Steve or Apple. He needs a weblog to put that media into context. It's too bad that Apple, the king of publishing, is so far behind in the personal publishing revolution. Of course, we are doing our best to help them out but more support from Apple would definitely make the jobe easier. [John Robb's Radio Weblog]
