Solar Warrior. A great story about one man's fight to connect his high output solar system to PG&E's grid (to allow him to contribute during the day and draw during the night). Very interesting legal battle. Of course, PG&E is acting like the proverbial dinosaur. Low cost solar contributions, during peak usage hours, should actively encouraged (thanks Jiri).
