Software Design Engineer - Core

 

Do you want to help define the way top businesses manage their privacy policies? Our Enterprise Product Unit team has established a product: Enterprise Privacy Manager (EPM) as a leading privacy management tool.  The team is currently designing and developing the next generation of this product.

 

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated developer to own and

drive the design and implementation of the EPM database, and data access components using .NET tools and technologies. You will be a member of a small, dynamic team and will be expected to work with third party’s and the client's development teams in order to ship high quality software.

 

This position requires 4 or more years of commercial development experience; deep understanding of object-oriented design; experience with development of large-scale systems and programming with COM, C++ or C# on Windows platforms. The candidate should possess strong problem solving and communication skills and an ability to ship great software on time.

 

The candidate would ideally have a Computer Science degree and experience with COM+, ODBC, ADO and SQL. Experience in the design of distributed systems, expert or rule-based systems is beneficial.

 

 

This is a 6 months contract position with potential for permanent employment.


    

Software Design Engineer - Web Applications

Our Enterprise Product Unit team has established a product: Enterprise Privacy Manager (EPM) as a leading privacy management tool.  The team is currently designing and developing the next generation of this product.

 

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated developer to own and

drive the design and implementation of the EPM database, and data access components using .NET tools and technologies. You will be a member of a small, dynamic team and will be expected to work with third party’s and the client's development teams in order to ship high quality software.

 

This position requires 3 or more years of commercial development experience; solid understanding of principles of UI design and proficiency in C#,C++,.NET Framework, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, IIS, IE, DHTML, JavaScript and Internet Technologies in general. The candidate should possess strong problem solving and communication skills and an ability to ship high quality software on time.

 

The candidate would ideally 2 or more years of experience with COM

technologies and XML/XSLT. Experience in the design of Distributed Systems, SQL, rule-based systems is beneficial.

 

This is a 6 months contract position with potential permanent employment.


    

Software Design Engineer - Data

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated developer to own and drive the design and implementation of the EPM database, and data access components using .NET tools and technologies. You will be a member of a small, dynamic team and will be expected to work with third party’s and the client's development teams in order to ship high quality software.

 

This position requires 4 or more years of commercial development experience; deep understanding of the design of database-centric systems and principles of mapping object-oriented and relational data models as well as demonstrated proficiency in developing SQL database applications. The candidate will possess strong problem solving and communication skills and an ability to ship great software on time.

 

Preferably, the candidate will have a Computer Science degree and 2+ of experience working with Win32, C++, ODBC, ADO and COM technologies.

Experience in the design of Distributed Systems, COM+, .NET, C#, ADO.NET, XML and ASP.NET is an asset.

 

This is a 6-month contract position with potential for permanent employment.


    

Ever noticed that some people just go dark and stop updating their weblogs for long periods of time? I bet this isn't because they lost interest in this whole weblog thing - it's because they are working:). There are a few amazing individuals who can sustain weblogging though the periods of strong focus on work. I realize I'm not one of them.
