Stop Your Sobbing: OS X Labels A Comin'
For anyone who remembers Mac OS 9, the abscence of color-coded labels remains an ongoing disappointment in OS X. Aside from, well, the colors, the big deal with labels was that you could use them to sort your folder views. For anyone dealing with originals and revisions in any kind of workflow, that made it easy to know the status of an item at a glance.

Soon we maybe can stop sobbing ourselves to sleep over this, thanks to the fine folks at Unsanity. The makers of two essential OS X Haxies, FruitMenu and WindowShade X, are working on a label haxie. If they can hax this, I'll be clicking the PayPal button before the download's even finished.
