BTW: I've ordered the Dickens's Dictionary of London now from
http://www.oldhousebooks.co.uk/dickensl.html.
I rather have it as a properly bound book than scrolling pixels on the screen. And at least this is not an Amazon link. So forgive me for posting a commercial link.
