SAT Prep -- for FreeThe new state school superintendent wants to take up to an hour of daily class time to prepare students to take the SAT. Do the math, that gets expensive. But, California has a solution, on-line, ready to go--- Online Test Prep Free-for-All. California high school students who can't afford to shell out hundreds of dollars for college entrance exam prep courses can now get free pre-test instruction online. And so can anyone else. [Wired News] So, students who want the prep (ultimate local control) can use the computers and internet connections we taxpayers pay millions a year to provide to access this preparatory course on their own time. No fuss, no muss. Am I missing something?
