SIM Schools?A piece from BBC news talks of a simulation tool developed by BBC allowing teachers to simulate school life, developing real scenarios and seeing the impact of decisions and lack of decisions on the morale, performance, and atmosphere of school. An interesting way to test policy and HR issues before taking them to the real world! Teachers get to make virtual decisions.
