Has anyone tracked the stocks of Filtering companies?

Filters, Laws Won't Clean Up Net. Governments and other powers that be shouldn't try to control the flow of information on the Web. That's just so 15th century. A commentary by Lauren Weinstein. [Wired News]

I remember when...

Mandl's company employees bragged to me that they had enough capital on hand to allow them to wait until 2001 to earn money.  Guess what, in 2001, they didn't earn money and went out of business (hmm... 4 years to get profitable -- what a cushion many would love to have).
