A Business Approach to Education

Interesting that Gerstner has chosen two Democrats, Barnes and Riley, to assist him on his project to improve the educational system.  Now, how does that contrast with the Republican Governor of Georgia saying he needs to dis-assemble what Barnes did to improve Education in Georgia.  Which is the more business-like approach?
