Interactive Budgeting...Maine has an interesting tool encouraging citizens to provide their ideas on balancing the budget. Article found in Federal Computer Week. comment [] 12:31:49 PM |
Bet this is high on Daypop...The story is currently #5 on the list. Now the commerce guys are trying to figure out how to make $$$'s. One quote interests me -- if this is the "ebayization" (their words not mine) of media-- does this mean one vendor will dominate? If so, then we will have "reality" internet where, just like TV, the producers get all the money while we do all the work. But, AOL figured that out a long time ago... But, Tony Perkins, the person responsible for the quote, and many other things in the tech media, is experimenting with a model that looks interesting... actually allows the advertisers to see who is looking at their stuff by sharing the registered user database. Hmm... And, since CNN doesn't understand blog power (hyperlinking) here is the link the Perkin's business blog. |
