ePortfolios, eLearning, eBlogs, eGads! Anne Davis makes a great discovery.  The USG is investigating portfolio systems and lo, someone is using a blog tool to implement.  Course, the tekkies will want to investigate scalability, etc.  But, even more interesting are the lesson packages.
