Ah, the serendipity! Was spending a couple of hours working on the online tutorial in preparation for this year's Internet Law Program at Stanford. Took a break and looked at my ecosystems report where I clicked over to b.cognosco. His entire page dealt with P2P, IP, and copyright issues -- which fortuitously showed Lessig's link to yesterday's Superme Court opinion on the Dastar case.
