Cluelessness as an abundant resource on the Internet? That's what one person quoted in this BBC article says.  Hmm... that means the Cluetrain is a distinct minority population, hence requires energy to overcome natural entropy which supports cluelessness (but, hey, that's a problem in the real world too). Wonder if Cluetrain is required reading in al-Quaeda? Websites spread al-Qaeda message. The web is becoming a potent weapon in al-Qaeda's bid to win supporters to its cause.
