In Sacramento on Monday (tomorrow) a day-long hearing will give the University of California investigators
a chance to present their findings and allow the various voting machine
companies to present a response. The hearing also will be open for comments
from the public, according to the Chronicle. Sequoia and Diebold machines are on the agenda on Monday, at 10 AM in Secretary of State First Floor Auditorium, Information (pdf).
If the California Secretary of State is going to decertify any machines, she must do it by
Friday, six months before the Feb. 5 vote.
