Feds Propose Greener Computer Purchases

U.S. to require agencies to buy 'green' PCs, monitors. The federal government has published a proposed rule requiring agencies to use the EPEAT environmental rating system on all purchases of desktop PCs, laptops and computer monitors. [Computerworld Breaking News]
