Make the T-shirt first Over at Creating Passionate Users (a blog I subscribe to), I found the following perspective posted earlier this month: Guy Kawasaki (the original Mac evangelist for Apple) said it in his 1992 book Selling the Dream: make the t-shirt before you make the product. If you're a team lead, project manager, open source evangelist... make the t-shirt. I'm thinking about our egovernment T-shirt, not for your state portal, nor our country's best website, but for the idea of egovernment.
