GroupFormingHere In looking for an easy way to gather people interested in a specific topic, I came up the this idea. Post in your blog the definition of the group, and go to Google and select a set of key words or phrases that best retieves web sites about the topic of the group. Post in your blog the key wordphrases with the special intentional keyword GroupFormingHere and your blog andor email address. Kind of like blogChalking but topical rather than geographic.
