FBI Arrests Bandwidth Hogs. Apparently a number of people in Toledo, Ohio had uncapped their modems. Their ISP responded by contacting the FBI and having their customers charged with "theft." I am certainly aware that these people violated their TOS, but doesn't their seem like a little bit of over kill? Update: Here is... [Lockergnome's Bits and Bytes]
