Boy Wonders of the World
Teenage hustler turned world beater, Jimmy Caras, one of the 10 greatest pool phenoms to walk the earth, died yesterday at the age of 93. You read about guys like this--American originals like inventor Philip Palmquist, who also passed away yesterday--and you can't help but be inspired, and just a tad envious. I wish I could have met them both.
