Klau's Klog Trial Rick Klau shares results from his company klog pilot of Radio.  He chose a small set of users from various divisions which resulted in various uses.  Takeaways include a general satisfaction, potentially greater value if deployed to address specific problems and adoption issues common to new modes of communication.  Seems like if deployed to a larger set of users, with consumate packaging and introductory training, social support and social feedback on use could resolve any of these issues.  Really insightful, worth a read. 8:37:22 AM    comment []
