Some down time.

I had some unexpected “down time” in the past week.  That means…well, it is challenging both physically and emotionally.  I am “between doctors,” and am trying to deal with it the best I can.  I use up most of myself just getting the cares of daily life accomplished.

I would like to thank some people who help me make it through the dark times.  My love and thanks always to my dear brother, Frank, who helps me keep my sanity.  

I am listening to wonderful music; this CD in particular is by a fellow named Randall Leonard and is called “Melting Snow for Thirsty Flowers.”  It is an old CD, but it's very nice, restful music. 

I keep myself spiritually challenged by finding new sites on the internet.  This one I liked particularly:
