Compuware agrees to buy ailing Covisint
John K. Waters wrote about Compuware Corp. disclosing that it has agreed to buy the supplier management portals and data messaging services of Covisint Inc., an ailing online auto services company originally formed by Detroit's Big Three automakers. Milwaukee's famed industrial designer Brooks Stevens gained the commission of a lifetime when the Oscar Mayer folks knocked on his door. Last year the Milwaukee Art Museum played tribute to Brookes. Once I chanced upon three Weinermobiles [I was passing their Madison stable.]
