Confusion over the new Medicare
prescription drug benefit has 19 states stepping in to guarantee
coverage for low-income residents. The federal government is struggling
to fix the glitches and the blame game has begun.

its population."
The decline of job-based health
insurance is changing almost every aspect of the U.S. health care
system. Many predict those changes will soon end in a dramatic crisis
for families, governments and business.
Requiring Wal-Mart to fund health care for their employees will not
solve this.
