Government Agency Spotlight: Pete Suazo Athletic Commission A recent General Accounting Office report found that boxing is regulated on a state-by-state basis, which often results in inconsistent enforcement. A recent match in Cedar City resulted in the death of a 35-year old boxer who had been defeated 25 consecutive times over a 3 year period.
