US Supreme Court Overturns State Farm Payout The US Supreme Court reversed a Utah Supreme Court Decision awarding $146 million to a State Farm Mutual customer in Utah.  The decision affirms a lower court decision reducing the punitive damage portion ($145 million) of the judgement.
