Utah Receives Funds for Accessible Voting Utah is eligible to receive $100,000 undeer the Help America Vote Act (HAVA), signed into law by George Bush last year. This Act will enable an applicant for these funds to establish, expand, and improve access to and participation by individuals with the full range of disabillities in the election process.
