um...   work is kicking my ass.

where did i leave off............................................

NYE:      went out for steak.   g didnt feel well so we stayed in, instead of hitting the block party.  we drank - me a little too much.  even gauge had some champagne although he didnt like it.  we watched the salton sea - a really good movie and had a good, yet drunk time.

work:      has been sucking lately.  not so hot, but what can you do.  i'll leave it at that.

ryan:        is here for a visit.  he's lookin for jobs.  we left straight for vegas from the airport and stayed at mandalay bay saturday night.  it was DEAD.  we gambled.  there wasnt enough time to show him but maybe 6 or 7 casinos.  he didnt seem to like that they are all the same inside.  mandalay bay kicks ass!  i liked it before purely from a gambling standpoint, but now that i have stayed there, jesus god, i love it!  i must go again. oh and i finally stopped at the hoover dam... and got out of the car. 

i have a new nickname at work now.   "sunshine."  lovely.  i'm told i only smile when not at work.  what...  ever!

my friend had her baby.  i still dont know its name.  last i heard it was going to be hayden, but who knows.  they changed their minds a lot.  i cant believe my only close girl friend is a mom.  ugh.

i am NOT going to dawns baby shower.  who has showers for the second babies (in her case she is having twins)?  fuck her and her greed.  dumb bitch needs some birth control.

i guess theres a lot thats new.  just doesnt feel like it.  theres a lot of wierd stuff goin on at my apt, and my stress level has gone higher than its been in years.  i just dont have much time to write in here anymore.

oh yeah, MLK day:  i dont like it.  screw it.  withholding the superbowl from az cause it doesnt celebrate mlk day on the government level, and then turning a blind eye when they start to observe it is bullshit.  ever since, i have officially hated mlk day.
