it has begun.  my former boss is fighting my unemployment claim.  he told unemployment that i was terminated for excessive personal use of the internet.  news to me.  i remember about 6 months ago or so i thought i was in trouble for the internet but that turned out to be false.  the dept was sent an email to watch the content.  i later was told it was sparked by the termination of someone in another dept.

so i work way more than 40 hrs a week, never use my benefits, get no warnings, get let go, get no reason for letting me go, get no severence, and now they wanna fight me on getting unemployment that i am entitled to.

what about the rest of the dept?  (i wont go into what they do since this site may still be monitored)  i used the internet for personal use no more than anyone else and i made sure of it.  i wonder how long it took them to come up with that one.  i am surprised that that was the best they could come up with, but then again its sufficient.  they can pull up logs and show that i was on the internet for personal use - but what defines excessive? 

i just cant understand why they want to fuck me over so badly.  i knew they'd fight it.  deep down i knew it.  it just sucks to be that loyal to a company and devote so much of your life to it and get this in return.  if i dont get unemployment i have to move back to indiana.
