1. Is the name you have now the same name that's on your birth certificate? If not, what's changed?  its exactly the same.

2. If you could change your name (first, middle and/or last), what would it be?  i like my name.  i like it a lot, in fact, and i hope it never changes.  i used to hate my first name, but the older i get the more i like it.  the other two rock. 

3. Why were you named what you were? (Is there a story behind it? Who specifically was responsible for naming you?)  i'm named after connie selleca.  she was on some show about stewardesses and my dad thought she was beautiful and wanted to name me after her.  but both him and my mom thought connie was a horrible name.  her characters name on the show was lisa, so thats how i got my name.  my middle is just something they picked cause it went well with lisa. 

4. Are there any names you really hate or love? What are they and why?  i like names that start with k's.  and k sounds but its cooler if they actually do start with k.  i have no idea why.  and i hate names that start with vowels.  names that start with vowels command no authority.
