i had a bad day today!  this morning my car didnt want to start too well but i went to work anyway.  i was worried it wouldnt want to start when i was done with work but i had my AAA number so i went on with my day.  we closed early so i was done at 12:30 and you guessed it...  car wouldnt start.  so i call AAA and they never show up.  i called a few times but they still never showed up.  one of the maintenance guys at work, Diego, jumped my truck and i went home.  i got home and tried to replace my battery (i had a spare from the corroded connection/cable fiasco) but i couldnt get the thing out.  so i called AAA again but they say they cant replace or remove batteries, i'd have to buy a new one.  so they send the guy out and he has a battery for $97.50 but since it was xmas eve he replaced the one i had already!  :D :D so nice!  happy lisa!

so then i went to in-n-out and i got gauge a #3.  in-n-out gave out xmas cards when you paid, that everyone there had signed.  i never knew they did that!  very cool. 

on the way home it was already dark so i drove around my neighborhood.  luminarias everywhere! :D  it was actually a great time because lots of people were out lighting their farolitos and i have to admit seeing families out there doing that was even better than just driving around looking at them.

so now i am waiting til i get to open my presents, playing with the dog, drinking my egg nog and looking forward to my xmas dinner tomorrow.  :D  doesnt look like it'll be a bad xmas after all.  i wish my bf was out here for it, but like me, he only got the 25th off, so that can't happen.
