Actually heard On The Record In Open Court this morning:   Judge to pro se Litigant: “It appears Mr. [name withheld] that for the past 25 years you have been a Frequent Flyer in this courthouse.”   Well this travesty of a trial doesn't resume until Monday. It has all the appeal of watching a ten mile long freight train derail.   One car at a time.   All day long.   File under The Legal Profession. 8:11:44 PM
