Coase's Convergence
I've had Coases's Penguin one my desk for a while now and I've skimmed but haven't had time to dig into. Then yesterday I got an e-mail from a friend pointing to a recent Washington Post article applying Coase's analysis to American politics and the future of the party system. Interestingly, the Dean campaign actually brings both threads together given that the software that runs much of their organization is an open source project. Seems I should devote some time and maybe go back to some of the source material, too.
