The Case for Pre-School

David Lawrence, the President, The Early Childhood Learning Initiative recently gave a great presentation to the Pennsylvania General Assembly talking about the benefits and purpose of expanding pre-school access in our Country.  If we ensure every child is prepared to learn when they show up to elementary school, we will improve achievement, reduce drop-out rates, and create long-term benefits for our community.
