if i run the cable through my wireless router i can't get connected at all (no surfing in the living room on my laptop!) even plugged directly into my computer, i'm having trouble downloading my e-mail (although the surfing speed doesn't seem to be any slower). the crux is that roadrunner repair says that my levels (bandwidth) are too low and they need to send someone out to adjust/repair it. so this saturday it should be all fixed up. my appointment time is somewhere between 8:00am - 4:30pm. this is as close as they could get to pinning down a friggin time!  jeez.
