i'm starting a new diet tomorrow, dr.
mcdougalls 12 day diet meal plan, as i find myself getting precariously close to the size of "little brother". I'm hoping that this along with a new exercise plan, will give me a jump start on losing a few pounds and then i can move back into my regular eating with reduced portion / caloric intake. if mcdougall works and i don't get too cranky, i may go for another 12 days as it seems a easy diet to follow. for now though, a piece of chocolate cake is calling my name!
