2 days on the diet and i want a steak! just kidding, things are going okay.
i mean, if i can't stick with a lousy 12 day diet, i might as well just give up and have chocolate cake all day long (mmmmm.... chocolate cake:):):):) besides, even if i don't lose any weight, it is a way to get a jump start on some healthier eating habits. it's forcing me to eat breakfast again every day (when did i stop?), have fruit and vegetables and whole grains all day long and do it brainlessly by just building the meals around the food cups in the 12 day menu plan. the only thing that i havn't done is give up my morning coffee. i'd rather suffer a heart attack, get hauled out of the house by a crane and get buried in a piano case than give up the morning cup a' joe!!!
