i'm tinkering with some new ideas and want to know what people are looking at.
well the diet is over (kind of).
i ended up losing a total of eight pounds and am going to keep it up on a modified basis. my plan is to keep doing the 12 day diet for the next 24 days (i had purchased refill kits when i bought the original kit) but add in some seafood and some poultry and some dairy, as the mcdougall stuff is totally veggetarian. one day a week i'll let myself have whatever i want (within limits). i never got hungry in the 12 days but i certainly craved for things. it's a hard thing not to have a piece of cake as a snack before bed, and cutting out the 6 cokes i was drinking a day sure put me on edge.
