I was going to write about the ALL DAY (and night) cable outage yesterday, but it still gives me the shivers just thinking about it! Maybe some other time ;-)

I went and got both my truck and car registered today. The total came out to $237.51, which included a $5 late fee for the truck (I was supposed to register it by the end of April). What sucks is that Hawaii has a really good website registration system, AS LONG AS YOU DO IT ON TIME! Even one day late and the system falls apart and won't let you register. It seems like it would be really easy to update the program to allow for a lousy $5 late fee, but then again, who knows with these clowns. I also need to get both vehicles a safety check before the end of next month, another fraud that's rammed down our throats to give the city some more money to waste! YES, my damn wipers work, I don't need a sticker on my car to tell me that!
I've found a bunch of add in's for radio during the last couple of days. A few look pretty interesting, but it's always a bear to try and get them installed. Hope I don't screw things up too badly while trying :) A couple of things I'm going to try are; adding a "listen to" button (you will hear music if your speakers are on), cleaning up my navigation links on the right hand side by adding a blogroll, that links to macros and can be easily manipulated, to get a better, more balanced look. Also I want to add a random picture / saying under my calender (I've seen this on some other weblogs and I just want to see if I can do it). I may also look into adding a new comenting system that is hosted remotely (SquawkBox.tv or similar). I think that by having it hosted, I won't lose comments when I try switching to other templates (I'm not sure though, I need to do some research).
