I've had this cold for about a week now, and today it finally got the best of me. I woke up with a bad headache and felt kind of lightheaded. I called into work to say that I was going to be a couple hours late and went and layed on the couch for a while. After a couple of hours I still felt crappy and said the heck with it; no work for today and I was going to go see a doctor. So I went to the doctor and after checking me out he gave his diagnosis; I have a bad cold! He told me to just keep on doing what I've been doing (plenty of fluids, rest, blah, blah) and it should run it's course in a couple of more days. He did at least take a throat culture to check out, so the visit didn't feel like a total rip. Oh well, I guess I'll go and drink another gallon of OJ :)
