I've enabled item level title and links for this weblog. What that means is, that when you click on the title of each post, you will be taken either to the title link (which was already enabled) or to a perma-link for the post (which was not previously enabled). Doing this lets me, or anybody else who wants to, link to a specific post and then e-mail the post or link to it without having to run through the whole weblog. An example is this link, which will take you to my individual post of 11/26/03 (a cooked turkey picture).

A story from Wired News about a new online novel form, the DEN (digital epistolary novel) from Greatamericannovel.com. Kind of like a Griffin and Sabine for the digital age. I haven't read it yet (it's a free download) but will give it a look this week and see if it's any fun.

Congratulations to Grand Valley State, NCAA Division II National Champs. Maybe the first of two championships for the State of Michigan? (Go Blue!)

Amazingly, the thing that I find neatest in this collection is the Staber washing machine! (after the i-pod, but I already have one of those :)
