Boyd Gaming (owners of the Stardust, among others), is going to be purchasing Coast casinos (Gold Coast, Barbary Coast, Sun Coast and The Orleans). Hope they come up with a corporate wide casino card!

Blogging has been at a premium the last few days, as I have been setting up my new HD Home Theater System. It wasn't all that hard but it did require a few trips to the electronics store (Circuit City - Yuck!! Can't wait for Best Buy to open in Honolulu)for some new cables and a new DVD player. I upgraded my DVD player to a newer one with progressive scan technology for a better picture, plus it also came with a coaxial digital out, so now I can listen to my DVD's in true Dolby stereo sound). My Replay TV box (four years old and still working perfect. TIVO my ass!) worked fine with the plus that I could now plug an S-Video cable into the TV. My old television only had one S-Video in, that I had plugged the DVD player into it. All I need to do now is to call the cable company and upgrade to digital cable from my old analog box (plus rearrange and tie up the mass of cables!) :) Sweet!!
