Unless I get more people participating in the polls, I will discontinue them as a permanent feature of the weblog. Just give it a try!

There are still a couple of things I want to get to complete my home theater set up (besides ordering digital cable which I have already done). One is to pick up a dvd recorder for the living room (this model from Gateway is among the lowest priced and has gotten rave reviews) and the second is to get one remote to replace the 5 now on the coffee table :) This is the model that looks like it will be "The one remote to rule them all" (my apologies to the Lord of the Rings :) Pricey, but it definitely will handle everything I have (I ran the test on the website).
